Your project manager will provide you with regular schedule updates and construction site photos via email so you always know what is going on. You will be able to reach your site superintendent at any time via cell phone or email.

Sanj is a Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) Master Residential Builder (MRB). What does this mean? Master Residential Builder designation is awarded to individuals who have pursued excellence and education in all aspects of home building including project management, site supervision, building code, building sciences, and many other industry relevant topics. Due to the consistently changing nature of the construction industry, it is invaluable to have a Master Residential Builder overseeing your project.

Mike Bakshi – Project Manager

An engineer by trade, Mike has always had a passion to create things. Overseeing your home building project allows Mike to utilize his extensive engineering experience to build a home that is visually appealing, has great flow, and exceeds building code requirements.
